At Open Door Church in Hickory, our ministry is led by a dedicated team of pastors, staff, and volunteers who share a passion for serving Christ and our community. From pastoral leadership and worship teams to children’s ministry, youth leaders, media and production crews, and outreach volunteers, every role is vital in helping us live out the mission of making disciples and sharing the love of Jesus. Our staff provides direction and spiritual guidance, while our incredible volunteers faithfully give their time and talents to support ministries like Table of Grace, Slangin’ Biscuits, Kids on Mission, and more. Together, this team creates a welcoming environment where people of all ages can grow in faith, build relationships, and discover their God-given purpose.
