Behind every worship service at Open Door is a dedicated team of volunteers who bring it all together. Our Audio-Video Production Team plays a vital role in creating an immersive worship experience for both in-person attendees and those joining us online.
Before the Service:
Preparation begins long before the first note is played or the first word is spoken. The team spends hours setting up equipment, fine-tuning audio levels, and ensuring visuals align with the message. They rehearse alongside the worship team, troubleshoot potential issues, and coordinate media elements like videos, slides, and lighting cues.
During the Service:
Once the service begins, the team operates seamlessly behind the scenes. From mixing live audio and managing lighting effects to running cameras and broadcasting the service online, their work ensures every aspect of worship flows smoothly. Each detail—from sound clarity to slide transitions—is thoughtfully managed to enhance the worship experience.
After the Service:
The work doesn’t end when the last song is sung. The team carefully packs up equipment, reviews recordings for quality, and edits media for use on social platforms. They also produce video highlights, upload sermons, and manage our social media channels to reach our online community with the Gospel message.
