Table of Grace

Table of Grace: Sharing God's Love Through Service

“Share your food with the hungry and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help.” – Isaiah 58:7

Our Mission

Table of Grace is a ministry dedicated to glorifying God by serving those in need. We work in conjunction with three other area churches to ensure that a hot meal is available every Saturday of the month for the homeless and those experiencing hardship. Our rotation falls on the second Saturday of each month.

We operate on Saturdays because the Hickory Soup Kitchen is closed on weekends, ensuring that those in need still have access to a warm meal. Our goal is not just to feed the body but to nourish the soul by sharing the gospel, offering prayers, and extending the love of Jesus Christ to all we serve.

Why We Serve

At Table of Grace, we believe in living out God’s calling to care for the vulnerable in our community. As Isaiah 58:7 reminds us, we are called to share what we have, offer shelter to the homeless, and show love to those in need. This ministry is more than a meal—it’s an opportunity to reflect Christ’s love and hope to the world.

When & Where

When: Table of Grace operates on the second Saturday of each month, working alongside other churches to fill this critical gap.

Where: Meals are served in the Fellowship Hall from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

During the winter months, meals are also delivered to local organizations, including the Hickory Soup Kitchen, the Salvation Army, and Strong Life Mission, to reach those unable to attend in person.

After the meals are served, any leftovers are taken to local homeless shelters and distributed by our dedicated volunteers.
